Responsibilities:
- Audit Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate ethical audits across multiple locations within the Americas, ensuring proper implementation of ethical auditing standards.
- Team Supervision: Oversee and support a team of ethical auditors, providing guidance and problem-solving in the field.
- Quality Control: Review and approve audit reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with current ethical standards and regulations.
- Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for auditors, keeping them updated with best practices and changes in ethical standards.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication about audit progress and results.
- Reporting Results: Generate detailed performance reports for the audit team and present findings and recommendations to management.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize audit processes and ethical standards.
