- Own Qonto Italy’s social media strategy across IG, LinkedIn, and YouTube — defining the channel mix, content types (entertainment, product, educational, corporate), and calendar with full autonomy
- Build and own the content calendar — coordinate the monthly publishing plan across internal teams (Design, Press, Events, PMM, Community) and external agencies, ensuring on-time delivery and strategic coherence
- Stay at the pulse of Italian social trends — monitor platform evolutions, benchmark the competitive landscape, and proactively propose new initiatives, channels, or formats to keep Qonto culturally relevant
- Run paid social campaigns on LinkedIn directly, coordinate Instagram paid with our Italian agency, and support YouTube Ads in collaboration with the media team
- Create and own content — shoot and edit video/photo content using tools like CapCut, Edits, Figma or similar; be comfortable on camera and generate owned content that brings Qonto's Italian brand to life
- Track performance and drive learnings — extract KPIs, draw conclusions, and systematically apply learnings to evolve your strategy
- Real ownership — you define the strategy and you make it happen
- Rich cross-functional collaboration — Design, Press, Events, PMM, Community, CC, and global SM team
- A growing content playground — podcast, influencers, events coverage.
- An AI-first environment — we expect daily experimentation and give you the tools to evolve your craft
- You have 3–5 years of experience in social media for the Italian market, and have owned a full channel strategy (not just executed it)
- Multi-platform strategist — you’ve independently designed and executed social strategies across IG, LinkedIn, and YouTube for a B2B or consumer brand
- Data fluent — you work with Sprout, Google Analytics, Looker Studio (or equivalents) and use numbers to evolve strategy, not just report it
- Italian copywriting master — your copy is sharp, error-free, and culturally resonant. You don’t translate, you localize
- Influencer experience— you’ve managed creator campaigns end-to-end and know what makes a collaboration
- Paid social savvy — you’ve run LinkedIn campaigns and can brief an agency on Instagram paid
- Languages: you have a perfect written and oral expression in Italian and English.
