We’re looking for a C++ Engineering Manager with strong experience in cross-platform development (Windows / macOS / Linux), and a proven track record in building multi-threaded, high-performance applications and services at a low level. This leadership role combines deep technical expertise with people management and strategic thinking, shaping the future of Qustodio’s Desktop Platform and the engineering team behind it.
What You’ll Do
Own the Desktop Platform: Lead the design, development, and delivery of Qustodio’s desktop, SDK, kernel and embedded components.
Lead Platform Delivery: Drive the technical strategy for our core desktop services, ensuring reliability, scalability and security at global scale.
Architect for the Future: Work closely with Product and other Engineering teams to set the architectural vision, make high-impact technical decisions, and ensure the platform meets today’s needs and tomorrow’s challenges.
Build and Mentor an Exceptional Team: Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent. Cultivate a high-performing, inclusive team culture focused on excellence, ownership, and innovation.
Deliver at Scale: Balance speed, quality, and risk while driving predictable execution of complex initiatives across multiple platforms.
Champion Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across the company to align priorities, evangelize platform services, and unify technical efforts.
Raise the Bar: Define and uphold engineering best practices while continuously improving our development and QA processes.
