Job Overview

The Project Coordinator supports the SAP implementation at the Puerto Rico site by acting as the primary link between the D&T ERP/SAP teams and local business users. The role includes coordinating project activities, managing communication, assisting with requirement gathering and DevOps tasks, maintaining system documentation, and supporting testing and change control processes to ensure a smooth and successful rollout

Duties: 

  • Act as the coordination point between D&T ERP/SAP functional teams and the Puerto Rico business teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all project activities.
  • Assist the local team in creating, managing, and tracking Azure DevOps tasks, gaps, and action items related to the project.
  • Schedule, organize, and facilitate project-related meetings, workshops, and follow-up sessions.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of Puerto Rico’s SAP‑related business processes and requirements and use this knowledge to support detailed requirement gathering with local stakeholders.
  • Support system and data monitoring tasks as part of ongoing project and operational activities.
  • Participate in and adhere to the Change Control process, ensuring proper documentation and approvals for project-related changes.
  • Coordinate PreUAT, UAT and PQ and HyperCare phases activities, including scheduling, communication with key business stakeholders, tracking approvals, and supporting training logistics.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support successful project execution.
