Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with programming experience to join a growing manufacturing team producing industrial equipment and components. This position works closely with shop leadership and plays a key role in ensuring precision and quality in all machining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from detailed machining blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Write and edit G-code programs as needed for various machining operations
- Work with controls such as Fagor, Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain (experience with all is not required)
- Maintain tight tolerances, including precision up to 0.0005"
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
- Ensure consistent production of high-quality, accurate components
- Follow all safety procedures in a heavy industrial environment
- Maintain reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Lift materials up to 50 lbs when necessary
- Be available for scheduled hours, including overtime and occasional Saturdays

- Hands-on experience with CNC machining and programming
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
- Solid understanding of shop safety practices
