Overtime: Saturdays, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (up to 56 hours/week)
Pay: Up to $33/hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with programming experience to join a growing manufacturing team producing industrial equipment and components. This position works closely with shop leadership and plays a key role in ensuring precision and quality in all machining operations.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and work from detailed machining blueprints and technical drawings
Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes
Write and edit G-code programs as needed for various machining operations
Work with controls such as Fagor, Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain (experience with all is not required)
Maintain tight tolerances, including precision up to 0.0005"
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
Ensure consistent production of high-quality, accurate components
Follow all safety procedures in a heavy industrial environment
Maintain reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Lift materials up to 50 lbs when necessary
Be available for scheduled hours, including overtime and occasional Saturdays

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with CNC machining and programming
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
Solid understanding of shop safety practices
