We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with programming experience to join a growing manufacturing team producing industrial equipment and components. This position works closely with shop leadership and plays a key role in ensuring precision and quality in all machining operations.

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with programming experience to join a growing manufacturing team producing industrial equipment and components. This position works closely with shop leadership and plays a key role in ensuring precision and quality in all machining operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and work from detailed machining blueprints and technical drawings
  • Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes
  • Write and edit G-code programs as needed for various machining operations
  • Work with controls such as Fagor, Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain (experience with all is not required)
  • Maintain tight tolerances, including precision up to 0.0005"
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
  • Ensure consistent production of high-quality, accurate components
  • Follow all safety procedures in a heavy industrial environment
  • Maintain reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • Lift materials up to 50 lbs when necessary
  • Be available for scheduled hours, including overtime and occasional Saturdays

  • Hands-on experience with CNC machining and programming
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
  • Solid understanding of shop safety practices
