Responsibilities

  • Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, technical documents, and production work orders.
  • Select the appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings for each job.
  • Measure and inspect completed parts during and after production to verify quality and accuracy.
  • Use measuring tools to confirm dimensions and tolerances.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating press brake equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and standard shop documentation.
  • Basic math skills and experience using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
