Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable CNC Press Brake Operator to join a metal fabrication team. In this role, you will set up and operate press brake equipment to produce precision-formed metal parts while maintaining high quality standards and following safe manufacturing practices.

Primary Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machines for a variety of metal forming applications.
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and dies to meet production specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work orders.
- Perform routine measurements and in-process inspections to verify dimensional accuracy.
- Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures, to inspect completed parts.
- Identify and report quality concerns or production issues as they arise.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety standards.
- Help ensure production goals and quality expectations are consistently met.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience operating press brake equipment in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and standard production documentation.
- Basic math skills with experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Dependable work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
