CNC Machine Operator

Duties Include:

Use CNC machine to bend sheet metal 
Use CNC machine to insert hardware in sheet metal
Join metal sheets together with spot welding machine
Set up, clean and maintain tooling
Check parts produced for dimensional accuracy
Produce the maximum number of parts in minimum time by working efficiently
Material handling using forklift or pallet jack, and by hand
Count and stack finished parts
Deburr parts
Monitor quality during production
Maintain equipment & troubleshoot malfunctions
Other tasks as required
Follow company procedures and safety rules

Requirements:

To be considered, Applicants for this position must:
Be comfortable using a computer to operate equipment;
Have excellent attendance and dependability;
Be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers as needed;
Be able to lift up to 75 lbs;
Be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
These skills are preferred but not required:
Have experience setting up and operating CNC manufacturing equipment;
Be able to read basic blueprints;
Be able to use calipers and other precision measuring tools.
