Responsibilities:
- Partner with initiative owners, IT teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute project strategies.
- Apply agile methodologies to break down work, manage progress, and communicate effectively across teams.
- Develop and present visual materials that clearly convey program strategy, risks, issues, and next steps.
- Drive projects to completion, ensuring accountability and alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate productive meetings with structured agendas, documented outcomes, and actionable follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Proven experience participating in and leading projects in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage and influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence (preferred but not required).
