About the Role
We are seeking a Test Coordinator to support a large-scale, multi-year card strategy transformation program within the Consumer & Card domain. The initiative focuses on modernizing card product capabilities, improving customer experience, and delivering key system enhancements across multiple integrated platforms.
The role is part of Phase 1 of the program, which prioritizes high-impact deliveries such as foundational product capabilities, fast time-to-market initiatives, and customer-facing improvements.
The Test Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality across complex, interconnected systems, supporting both manual and automated testing activities in a dynamic delivery environment. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional IT and business teams.

The Test Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality across complex, interconnected systems, supporting both manual and automated testing activities in a dynamic delivery environment. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional IT and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing activities across multiple systems.
- Prepare, maintain, and review test cases, test data, and test documentation based on requirements.
- Perform manual testing and support test automation activities within CI/CD environments.
- Coordinate regression testing and support release validation activities.
- Track, manage, and report defects, including supporting root cause analysis.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and business validation activities.
- Identify quality risks and support mitigation planning.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in software testing within complex, multi-system environments.
- Hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with test case design, test execution, and test documentation.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Understanding of test automation concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience supporting or coordinating UAT activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in cross-functional, agile teams.
- Strong communication skills in English (professional working proficiency – advanced level).
- Proactive approach with focus on quality and continuous improvement.
