What You'll Do

As the Tech Services Manager, you'll support the successful delivery of our mega projects by standardizing project systems, implementing technology solutions, and partnering with teams across preconstruction and operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the setup and coordination of technical systems, templates, and workflows for newly awarded mission-critical projects.
  • Partner with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless project startup and execution.
  • Administer and standardize construction technology platforms, including project management, scheduling, and document control systems.
  • Develop and maintain standardized project setup templates, checklists, and workflows across the organization.
  • Evaluate, implement, and support new construction technology solutions that improve project coordination and communication.
  • Train project teams on company systems, software, and technical workflows while providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide leadership visibility into project setup, technology adoption, and coordination metrics.
  • Establish document control processes, drawing management, and submittal tracking systems during project startup.
  • Coordinate with owners, design teams, subcontractors, software vendors, and internal IT to support project technology needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project setup processes and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in construction with a focus on project setup, technical services, construction technology, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical or data center construction projects is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction project setup, document control, and project management systems.
  • Experience with platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, MS Project, Primavera P6, Navisworks, Revit, or similar software.
  • Ability to analyze workflows and implement process improvements across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • OSHA 30 and industry technology certifications are a plus.
