As a HR Operations Manager, you will play a key role within our HR team. You won’t just shape the future of our People function – you’ll also actively contribute to our international growth. You see yourself as a sparring partner to the business: close to the teams, proactive in providing new ideas, and actively involved in driving change. At the same time, you’ll take ownership of cross-functional HR projects with high visibility across the organization.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
Manage HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding – including accurate contracts, data, and documentation.
Take ownership of sub-projects, such as developing global HR guidelines or coordinating cross-location initiatives.
Drive the professionalization and international alignment of HR processes, including adapting tools and documents to local requirements.
Handle operational and labor law–related topics (benefits, policies, HRIS) in collaboration with external partners in target markets.
Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational development.
Oversee international employees during visa, work permit, and relocation processes to ensure smooth integration.
