Order Processing and Export Manager (m/f/d)

You are an important key function within our fulfillment team and are responsible for communication with our worldwide dealers. As part of our growing world-class team, currently consisting of 8 members, you will play a central role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.

You will work closely with stakeholders from Supply Chain Management, Production, and Warehouse to ensure the organization and coordination of order and delivery processes. With your knowledge of order processing and international goods flows, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to make unmanned aerial systems (sUAV) the benchmark for airborne data collection solutions.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Responsible for communication with our global dealers to coordinate and organize order and delivery processes, especially with third countries

• Independent creation of order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes in the company’s internal ERP system

• Ensuring that materials are available for shipment at the agreed time and correctly booked in the ERP system

• Supporting our support team in handling returns and compensation deliveries

• Collaboration with external logistics service providers for the proper planning and execution of shipments to our customers

• Preparation of all required documents for export processing (customs declarations and other customs-relevant documents such as EUR1, COO, ATR, and Carnet ATA)

• Applying for and corresponding regarding export licenses with BAFA (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control)
