Team Lead Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

As the Team Lead (m/f/d) Quality Assurance, you hold a key position in ensuring the highest quality standards for our drones. Together with our growing world-class team — currently four team members — you will play a central role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.

You will work closely with stakeholders from development, procurement, and production to ensure that our products are delivered to our customers on time and in the right quality. With your expertise in quality assurance and supplier quality management, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to set the standard for aerial data acquisition solutions using unmanned aerial vehicles (sUAVs).

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Develop, implement, and optimize quality processes and guidelines across the entire value chain

• Lead a team of quality assurance professionals

• Qualify and develop suppliers, including conducting audits, managing 8D reports, and handling complaints

• Build a robust supplier evaluation system to ensure long-term quality and minimize risks

• Analyze, document, and resolve defects to ensure consistently high product quality

• Analyze and report quality metrics (KPIs) and derive improvement actions (e.g., PPAP, FMEA, SPC)

• Identify potential process improvements and develop optimization strategies together with all stakeholders
