Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

As a Legal Counsel, you will support our in-house counsel in all matters related to contract law. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across all departments to ensure that our contract processes run smoothly and efficiently. With your expertise, you’ll help our company minimize contractual risks and ensure compliance with regulations. Through your work, you’ll contribute to Quantum Systems’ mission to become the benchmark in aerial data collection solutions using small unmanned aerial vehicles (sUAVs).

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in German and English.

• Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders (Procurement, Sales, R&D) on all legal matters.

• Updating and optimizing contract templates.

• Conducting legal research (including in the areas of contract, commercial and corporate law, as well as competition law) and monitoring legislative changes.

• Supporting corporate law matters (transactions, financing rounds).

• Documenting and archiving all legal documents and contracts in a contract database.
