Talent Acquisition Manager – Quantum Frontline Industries (m/f/d)

Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics, created under the Build with Ukraine initiative. For the first time, Ukrainian drones will be manufactured on an industrial scale in Europe, combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven technology with German industrial automation to create a new model of cross-border defence co-production: the German Model.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager in the Joint Venture environment, you will play a key role in building and scaling our recruiting organization. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process for several legally independent entities, develop efficient recruiting processes, and be regularly on site to work closely with local teams, hiring managers, and leadership. This role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic organizational build-up.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• End-to-end ownership of recruiting across multiple Joint Venture

• Build, standardize, and continuously improve recruiting and HR processes

• Close collaboration with managing directors, hiring managers, and external partners

• Operational HR support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, offboarding)

• Drafting and managing employment contracts and supporting labor-related topics

• Establish HR reporting, KPIs, and management insights
