Quality Control Technician (m/f/d)

As a Quality Control Technician, you are an important key function within our Quality Control team and ensure the quality of our raw parts and finished products. Together with our world-class team, you will play a central role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.

You will work closely with interfaces across all areas of the company, as well as with external partners, to carry out quality inspections for incoming goods and for outgoing shipments of finished products. With your careful and quality-focused way of working, you support Quantum Systems in its mission to set the standard for aerial data acquisition solutions using unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Incoming and outgoing goods inspections as instructed, using technical drawings.

• Maintaining checklists, including in digital form, to document inspections.

• Releasing inspected parts in accordance with specified requirements (technical drawings, instructions).

• Reporting defects and non-conforming products.

• Supporting the preparation of defect reports to file complaints with suppliers regarding non-conforming parts.

• Maintaining statistics to analyze root causes of defects and assess supplier quality.

• Problem-solving methods such as 8D reports, 5-Why, and Ishikawa are familiar to you.
