Intern - Event Management (m/f/d)

As an Event Management Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts - bringing our brand to life through unforgettable experiences. You’ll help design and execute events that captivate our audiences and showcase the groundbreaking potential of our drone technology. Working hand in hand with our world-class marketing team - as well as collaborating with sales and customer success - you will help to create meaningful connections with potential customers and partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to strengthening the Quantum Systems brand and accelerating our mission to become the global standard in data collection with unmanned systems.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Support in business event management (congresses, trade fairs, customer events), in both the planning of events (including procurement processes, logistics, ensuring the availability of marketing materials, etc.) as well as onsite support on the day of​

• Researching suitable suppliers with regard to equipment for the planned events and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. ​

• Responsible for researching and ordering giveaways and contact person for internal enquiries. ​

• Active participation in the operational processes of the marketing department.
