Senior Industrialisation Engineer (m/f/d) - EFT Mobility AG
fulltime_permanent experiencedJob Overview

Join EFT Mobility at a pivotal time as we revolutionize the future of electric transport, focusing on cutting-edge Electric Powertrain (EFT) solutions for high-reliability applications, including UAV power systems. We are a fast-growing, dynamic company where every engineer plays a direct, hands-on role in bringing our innovative, safety-critical products to life. If you thrive on ensuring product quality and solving complex, real-world problems, we want you on our team.
We are seeking a highly skilled, execution-driven and hands-on Senior Industrialisation Engineer to bridge the gap between R&D and mass manufacturing for our battery packs and charger product lines.
In this role, your primary focus will be the electro-mechanical process steps and optimizations required to transform a functional prototype into a robust, high-yield, and highly scalable series product. You will take ownership of the product lifecycle immediately following the initial prototype build phase. Collaborating closely with our external Contract Manufacturers (CMs), you will co-architect the manufacturing lines, advise on critical assembly fixtures, and pave the way for a production ramp-up from pre-series batches into stable mass production.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
Review designs directly following R&D prototype runs to actively catch and eliminate mechanical tolerance stack-ups and assembly risks before tooling begins.
Optimise the design, sourcing, and validation of mechanical assembly jigs, cell-alignment fixtures, glueing fixtures, laser-welding beds to optimize line repeatability and operator safety.
Collaborate regularly with Contract Manufacturers to optimise and release assembly line setups, resolve technical build bottlenecks, and transition pilot runs into high-yield mass production.
Conduct hands-on Design of Experiments in the lab and factory floor to establish locked-in process windows for automated gluing, thermal interface material (TIM) dispensing, and torque specs.
Co-Own build failures together with the contract manufacturer to rapidly drive engineering adjustments and optimize first-pass yields. Page: 1/3
Oversee the EoL failures, analyse them and implement solutions to improve yield.
