HR Data & HRIS Specialist (m/f/d)

As an HR Data & HRIS Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in building and advancing our HR reporting and system landscape. You will work closely with HR, Business Partners, and management to ensure high-quality HR data, create meaningful analyses, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you will combine analytical expertise with strong stakeholder collaboration and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR processes and systems.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Build and further develop HR reporting and people analytics structures

• Support the administration and continuous improvement of the HRIS landscape

• Ensure high data quality and consistency across HR systems

• Support and drive HR-related projects and process improvements

• Prepare complex analyses, reports, and management insights for HR Business Partners and leadership teams

• Translate HR data into meaningful recommendations and decision-making support

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify reporting and system requirements
