The role is based in the Kyiv and Ternopil region, and we will expect you to be in the office 5 days per week. So, no full remote is possible. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.
Role has 2 shifts that employee can choose upon preferences: 8:00- 17:00 or 12:00- 21:00
We are seeking a motivated Support Service Manager to join our team at the Ukrainian office of Quantum-Systems, a leading producer of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our UAVs are currently used by the Ukrainian armed forces, making a huge difference on the battleground. As the Support Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
Provide user support through inbound chats and calls
Identify client issues, record cases in the CRM system
Analyze user problems and find solutions
Communicate with other company departments to resolve user issues and generate reports for relevant departments
Prepare accompanying documents for receiving and issuing UAVs and components from repair
Prepare reports and communicate with the manufacturer regarding incident
