As a Product Owner Autopilot, you will have the opportunity to shape the development of one of the Company's key technological components. Our autopilot is a fundamental part of every unmanned system developed by the Company, combining the outputs of multiple engineering teams into a unified mission control system.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the evolution of the autopilot's capabilities, ensuring maximum value delivery to product teams and end systems.
This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
Product Vision Development:
Define and maintain the product vision for the autopilot in alignment with the Company's strategic objectives.
Identify development priorities based on the Company's strategic goals and programs.
Integrated Backlog Management:
Create cross-functional epics and initiatives that combine the efforts of multiple teams to deliver complete user value.
Ensure visibility and effective management of dependencies across teams.
Collaboration with Engineering Teams:
Conduct regular grooming sessions and maintain high-quality requirements documentation in Jira.
Help engineering teams translate product goals into technical tasks and acceptance criteria.
Ensure alignment of priorities across all stakeholders involved in the development process.
System integration and validation:
Coordinate integration activities across autopilot subsystems.
Participate in defining test scenarios and success criteria for new capabilities.
Support validation activities during simulation and real-world testing.
Risk Management:
Identify technical and product-related risks associated with autopilot development.
Facilitate timely decision-making regarding trade-offs between functionality, timelines, and technical constraints.
