Product Marketing Manager – Core Platform

Job Overview

About the role:


Lead product positioning, go-to-market planning, and competitive analysis for the company’s core fraud and disputes platform. Partner with Product Management, Marketing and Sales to drive adoption, retention, and market differentiation.


Responsibilities include:

  • Own and create GTM strategies for new features and product launches
  • Work closely with Product to understand the roadmap and translate technical features into customer-facing value statements
  • Lead competitive intelligence initiatives
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver sales enablement assets (pitch decks, training, one-pagers)
  • Ownership of Quavo’s internal Confluence platform and be responsible for quality/upkeep
  • Partner with Marketing to develop customer stories, case studies, and campaign content
  • Analyze launch performance and feature adoption to optimize future GTM efforts
  • KPIs:
    • Launch adoption rate/Internal GTM understanding
    • Customer engagement with new features
    • Feedback quality from Sales and Product

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of functional experience with QFD
  • Robust understanding of Quavo’s product platform at a feature level
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and frequently across internal departments
  • Execution based mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with content generation or graphic design.
