Product Marketing Manager – Core Platform

About the role:
Lead product positioning, go-to-market planning, and competitive analysis for the company’s core fraud and disputes platform. Partner with Product Management, Marketing and Sales to drive adoption, retention, and market differentiation.
Responsibilities include:
- Own and create GTM strategies for new features and product launches
- Work closely with Product to understand the roadmap and translate technical features into customer-facing value statements
- Lead competitive intelligence initiatives
- Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver sales enablement assets (pitch decks, training, one-pagers)
- Ownership of Quavo’s internal Confluence platform and be responsible for quality/upkeep
- Partner with Marketing to develop customer stories, case studies, and campaign content
- Analyze launch performance and feature adoption to optimize future GTM efforts
- KPIs:
- Launch adoption rate/Internal GTM understanding
- Customer engagement with new features
- Feedback quality from Sales and Product
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of functional experience with QFD
- Robust understanding of Quavo’s product platform at a feature level
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and frequently across internal departments
- Execution based mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with content generation or graphic design.
