Key Responsibilities

  • Define strategy; build maintainable UI/API automation and contract tests.
  • Integrate performance/security tests; ensure flake-free CI.
  • Provide quality/risk dashboards; coach QE team.

Required Skills

  • Test automation (TypeScript/JS/Python), Cypress/Playwright, pytest.
  • Contract testing (e.g., PACT), performance testing (k6/Locust/JMeter).
  • Private cloud scenario design (provisioning, policies, approvals).
  • DB validation for PostgreSQL/MS SQL operations and migrations.

KPIs / Success Measures

  • Automation coverage, pipeline pass rate, escaped defects, flakiness trend.

Tools / Tech

  • Cypress/Playwright, Jest, pytest, k6/Locust, Pact, GitLab CI
