We are looking for a Senior CMP Product Lead (Architect level) to own CMP vision, value outcomes, and roadmap; translate platform needs into features for a service catalog/self-service portal spanning provisioning, lifecycle, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Define strategy/KPIs; prioritize by value/cost/risk; map value streams.
Convert business needs to epics/features; align with architectural enablers and NFRs.
Govern releases and stakeholder expectations; drive adoption and measurement.

Required Skills

Product leadership for platforms/portals; API-first and microservices literacy.
Well-Architected alignment to business value/cost and security/SSDLC prioritization.
Private cloud models (shared/managed services, IaaS/PaaS/DBaaS), service catalogs, IAM/PAM governance.
Data layer awareness: PostgreSQL and MS SQL impacts on features/ops.

KPIs / Success Measures

Feature adoption, cycle time to value, provisioning time reduction, ROI, CSAT/NPS.

Tools / Tech

Product analytics (GA4/Amplitude), Jira, GitLab, Miro, SQL (basic)
