Why This Role Matters
The RadMachine Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting clinics as they implement, train on, and maintain RadMachine—Radformation’s comprehensive machine QA/QC software platform. In this position, you will lead the RadMachine Success Team and ensure that clinics receive the guidance, mentorship, and support needed to establish efficient, standardized QA/QC workflows. You will work closely with the Director of Clinical Success, Engineering, and our customer community to deliver high-quality service and contribute to improved patient care.
Responsibilities Include:
• Oversee the RadMachine Success Team, including assisting with recruiting new team members
• Monitor and manage how the team works with clinics to demo, implement, train, and support RadMachine
• Work with clinics to understand their issues and provide solutions independently and/or with Engineering
• Monitor team members’ workload and level of customer service
• Mentor junior team members
• Share feedback with Engineering and communicate customer and team needs
• Meet with the Director of Clinical Success to assess team performance and establish future goals
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
• Host webinars to answer clinics’ questions and highlight features
• Test new versions of the software to aid in development and quality assurance
• Develop training materials to distribute to clinics
Required Experience:
• 2+ years of clinical experience in radiation oncology machine QA performance and analysis
• Exceptional time management skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Positive attitude and a passion for excellence in patient care
Preferred Experience:
• 1+ years of management experience
• 1+ years of experience on the Radformation CX team
• 5+ years of clinical experience in radiation oncology
• Customer service experience
Abilities:
• Ability to be a leader and mentor for RadMachine Success Team members
• Thrives with a busy schedule and constant learning environment
• Excels at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously

The salary range for this role is $150,000–$180,000 USD base, plus bonus eligibility.
