Job Overview


About The Role 

Radian Generation is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Salesforce System Administrator to join our team in the renewable energy industry. This role will provide operational support to the Sales Operations Manager and the SVP of Sales & Marketing to administer Salesforce.  This role requires certification in Salesforce Administration, background in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and at least 2 years of Salesforce back-end administration experience.  This role will also assist in conducting cross-functional analysis of Radian Generation’s business needs to support our planned high growth, ultimately developing a roadmap for enhancements to the technology stack that they will then administer.  This role will be responsible for system configuration, automation, data integrity, user experience, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce to support complex, project‑based renewable energy workflows. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities


Salesforce Administration & Configuration

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce & Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), including user management, security settings, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
  • Configure and maintain objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and global picklists.

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow, approval processes, and declarative tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Flow errors, user issues, and system enhancements.
  • Execute on approved systems improvements that address cross-functional business needs in Salesforce and Account Engagement.

Data Management

  • Assist with data imports, exports

Integration & Enhancements

  • Support integration between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., SharePoint, DOMO).
  • Participate in sandbox testing, release management, security updates and Salesforce seasonal releases.

 

Required Qualification & Education 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Fluent English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional and global teams
  • Salesforce Admin Certification - Required.
  • 2+ Years Experience administering Salesforce 
  • Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) background - Preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards)
  • Experience managing users, permissions, and data governance 

 

Other 

  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and services teams. 
  • Experience, ability, and willingness to work in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (ERP, financial systems, document management)
  • Experience supporting sales operations, forecasting, or contract workflows
