Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Management
- Manage and execute LinkedIn content strategy, including drafting, scheduling, and posting
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement in a timely, professional manner
- Identify trends and opportunities to grow audience reach and engagement
- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, speaking engagements) into social posts, clips, and written insights
Podcast & Content Operations
- Coordinate podcast scheduling, guest communications, and recording logistics
- Support episode planning, including outlines, talking points, and post-production coordination
- Ensure timely publishing and promotion of podcast episodes across platforms
- Maintain content calendar across podcast and social channels
Brand & Thought Leadership Support
- Partner closely with executive leadership to translate ideas into clear, compelling content
- Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms
- Assist in developing campaigns aligned with key business initiatives (e.g., webinars, regulatory updates, industry trends)
Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance metrics across LinkedIn and podcast platforms
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach
- Continuously refine content strategy based on performance and audience feedback
Qualifications
- 4β6+ years in content, social media, or digital marketing roles
- Strong writing and editing skills (especially for LinkedIn/professional audiences)
- Experience supporting executive or personal brands preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines
- Familiarity with podcast production workflows is a plus
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
