Trainee Sales Advisor - Telecoms

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Advisor to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in sales within the telecoms industry.

The role will focus on speaking with warm customers and existing contacts, verifying contract end dates, building relationships, and identifying future opportunities. You will receive ongoing coaching, support, and product training with a clear development pathway into a fully-fledged Business Development Executive role, where you will manage the full sales process independently.

This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with people, is organised, curious, and eager to learn in a supportive team environment.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

What will your working day look like?

• Contact warm customer data and build positive relationships with customers through professional and engaging conversations.
• Clearly explain the features and benefits of our products in a simple and customer-focused way.
• Support the wider sales team by identifying qualified opportunities.
• Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customers are fully satisfied.
• Identify opportunities for additional orders, referrals, and future business.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development sessions.

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre, or sales experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
