POSITION SUMMARY
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure that the property is well-maintained and running smoothly. You will assist with leasing, maintenance requests, and resident relations to ensure the highest level of service is provided. Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish & English.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with leasing and renewals to meet occupancy and retention goals.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.
- Monitor and track property performance and report issues to the Property Manager.
- Handle resident inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, including leases, payments, and maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous property management or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Frequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs while inspecting properties, and interacting with residents.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (e.g., boxes, office supplies, or maintenance tools).
- Occasional bending, squatting, or kneeling to inspect facilities or manage small repairs.
- Ability to operate office equipment, computers, and telephones for extended periods.
