Location: Delta Pines - 2301 Sycamore Drive, Contra Costa County, Antioch, CA 94509
Reports to: Lead Maintenance Technician or Property Manager

Pay rate: $22.00 - $25.00 (Depending on Experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance at Delta Pines. This position involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining property assets to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to maintenance issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Complete work orders efficiently, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.

·         Perform routine maintenance on property assets, including apartment units and common areas.

·         Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed promptly.

·         Assist in unit turnovers, including painting, fixture replacements, and basic carpentry.

·         Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

·         Respond to on-call emergencies as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         High School Diploma or equivalent.

·         1-2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.

·         Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.

·         Ability to operate tools and maintenance equipment safely.

WORKING CONDITIONS

·         Frequent standing, walking, and lifting.

·         Requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.

·         Must be available for emergency calls as needed.
