The Role:

We are seeking a Head of Editorial (Swedish) to own and shape our Swedish sports coverage across the Nordic markets.

This role is for someone with a strong reporting background who understands both editorial integrity and digital performance. You will define our sports voice, lead coverage of key events, and ensure content is authoritative, timely, and commercially effective. You combine deep sports expertise with a clear understanding of how digital content drives traffic, engagement, and conversion.

As a Head of Editorial (Sweden), you are expected to:

• Define and execute the Swedish sports editorial strategy.

• Lead coverage of major Nordic sports events with authority and credibility.

• Own long-term editorial planning and content calendars.

• Produce and oversee high-quality written and social content (hands-on when needed).

• Integrate commercial objectives into editorial decisions to drive measurable results.

• Collaborate with SEO to maximize visibility and search performance.

• Lead and manage writers, editors, and freelancers.

• Own content budgets and editorial workflows.
