Senior Executive – Recruitment
Job Overview
The Senior Recruiter will play a key role in the recruitment process by sourcing, identifying, and hiring talented professionals for Ramboll. This position will involve Recruiting for engineering Team, managing high-volume recruiting efforts, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring an efficient and smooth recruiting process. The Senior Recruiter will be a strategic partner in shaping the company's workforce, contributing to its growth and success.
Their role is to connect employers (from companies including Buildings, Transport, Planning & Urban Design, Water, Environment & Health, Energy, and Management Consulting and other related fields) with skilled professionals. Engineering recruiters typically work on behalf of firms to fill positions ranging from entry-level to executive roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to extending offers and onboarding new employees.
- Sourcing Talent: Leverage a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach, to attract top candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Interviews: Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews, evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand by representing our company at career fairs, industry events, and on social media platforms.
- Data and Reporting: Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, diversity hiring goals) and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity in hiring and ensure that all recruitment practices are inclusive and equitable.
- Offer Negotiation: Present offers to candidates and negotiate terms, ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation structures.
- Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new hires by collaborating with HR and other departments to execute a successful onboarding process.
