Job Overview

Responsible for day-to-day execution and optimization of search engine marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, awareness, and conversions. Work closely with the campaign managers and internal stakeholders to ensure paid search is launched and performance aligns with activation objectives.​

  • Keywork research and analysis: conduct in-depth keyword analysis: clustering, and intent analysis to identify the right keywords and inform campaign structure.​
  • Campaign setup and management: Build, QA and launch campaigns in Google and Microsoft Ads, ensuring alignment with campaign plan and priorities. ​
  • Optimisation and testing: test ad copy, keyword match types, bidding strategies and work with campaign manager + ops team to improve landing pages quality scores and conversion efficiency ​
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: track daily/weekly performance and turn data into actionable insights and optimisation recommendations for campaign owner – including reporting that tells a clear story.​
  • Seach ad content guidance: collaborate with campaign managers, content leads and coms leads to guide on best practices for search ad messaging – including keyword alignment, structure, extensions and tone. Great if candidate has some experience writing search ads.​
  • Collaboration : be internal paid search expert, supporting group marketing and regional coms team. Collaborate closely with web analytics colleagues to ensure accurate tracking, Tagging and data in PiwikPro/G4A, dashboards etc.
