Job Overview
- Design and specify mechanical systems for data centres and buildings, such as Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation and Fire Protection systems
- Prepare relevant documents, design calculations and drawings for submissions to authorities
- Attend client-consultant, site and technical meetings
- Assisting project management and construction supervision
- Review contractors' technical submissions of equipment/materials/drawings
- Conduct site inspections of installations
- Witness testing and commissioning of equipment/system or attending FAT (Factory Accept Test)
- Work with the clients' project team and fellow consultants to coordinate and detail project design requirement
- Be responsible for any duties that may be assigned from time to time
