Cost Controller/FP&A

As a Senior controller, you will be part of a skilled, dedicated, and ambitious team which is dedicated to managing the performance of Global Support Functions. As a Global company, Finance team is overall responsible for the controlling of more than 35 countries. You will join cost management team, a part of Ramboll’s global finance organization and your work location will be at our offices in Noida, India.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Budgeting:

• Develop and supporting in annual budgeting process.
• P&L Ownership for Segments / Functions.
• Support in development of long-range financial plans and forecasts.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess potential risks and opportunities.

Forecasting and Analysis:

• Supporting in developing and maintain accurate financial forecasts, providing insights into future performance. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting and analysis.
• Focus on detailed analysis of cost, allocations & postings, and cost trends.

Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Ensure timely preparation of Management review decks
• Work closely with the Global head of Finance
• Coordinating with local Finance & accounting controllers.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
• Standardize reporting across all segments to move towards self-service reporting.
