Our Client is looking for a highly experienced and resourceful Senior Legal Recruiter to join a fully remote team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes recruitment, especially over the phone and on LinkedIn, where they’ll be doing most of their talent sourcing and outreach.
They’ll be responsible for placing top legal professionals into high-performing firms and legal departments, with a strong focus on quality over quantity. Experience in and/or knowledge of the UK legal sector is a major advantage, and a background in scaling teams or helping businesses grow is a huge plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Able to understand what a ‘good’ candidate looks like and build an appropriate candidate attraction strategy.

Potential to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, with a legal industry focus
Use LinkedIn Recruiter like a pro – identify, engage, and convert top legal talent
Build strong, empathetic and genuine long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Place legal professionals across private practice, in-house teams, and global markets
Maintain accurate tracking of all activity in CRM/ATS systems
Collaborate with other recruiters/consultants and leadership to shape workflow and process to ensure coverage of the talent landscape
Collaborate with leadership to shape and grow the legal desk
Stay up to date on legal market trends and provide strategic insights
