- Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies based on the company’s long-term goals and market trends.
- Defining pricing strategies and conditions for key customers in collaboration with company leadership.
- Leading complex negotiations with customers at the executive management level.
Analysis and Planning
- Conducting advanced data analysis (Nielsen, scanner data, internal data) to identify key growth opportunities, with a focus on expanding the distribution of Red Bull cans.
- Leading the preparation of annual business plans, including scenarios for various market conditions.
- Optimizing trade support budget allocation to maximize return on investment.
Performance Tracking
- Regularly evaluating performance (volume, profitability, strategy implementation) and proposing corrective measures.
- Sharing results with customers’ top management and communicating the value of collaboration with Red Bull.
Collaboration
- Building strategic partnerships with key customers in the wholesale segment and achieving the position of Category Captain.
- Collaborating closely with Trade Marketing and other departments to develop and implement innovative category strategies that enhance the distribution of Red Bull cans.
- Mentoring junior team members and ensuring their professional growth and development.
