- Provide the field sales teams with the instruments needed to drive better in store execution and tools on which to manage their teams more strategically
Co-ordination of Field priorities
- With field sales management and TM team be responsible for the distribution of the periodic action plan/ periodic sales tools as well as blitzes and Bullring ownership.
- Driving POS and campaign planning
Incentive Management & Campaign Planning
- Ensuring the timely management of Field Sales Incentives with publishing of leaderboards
- Effective Management of POS campaigns and coordination within Field Team.
Field Force App & Perfect Store Concept
- Total management & ownership of Field Force App & communicating with HQ on development roadmap
- Trouble shoot basic APP issues
- Trainings when requested
