About your tasks:

• Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers, driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Design and implement platform infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles with tools like Terraform
• Operate and evolve our Kubernetes-based platform, supporting deployment and scaling with GitOps practices
• Leverage Databricks and other Data Lakehouse platforms to enhance platform capabilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, MLOps, and product teams to define standards and enable developer self-service
