About your tasks:
- Full cycle recruiting for commercial functions (e.g., Marketing, Category Management, etc.) across all levels, ensuring top-quality hires and strong business alignment.
- Partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs, design effective selection processes, and influence hiring decisions with market insights.
- Drive data-informed recruiting, using metrics and dashboards to monitor funnel health, hiring quality, and diversity progress.
- Implement improvement initiatives that optimize processes, enhance candidate experience, and standardize best practices across teams.
- Leverage and evolve recruiting systems (ATS, CRM, analytics tools) to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement, representing the company in the market and building proactive pipelines for critical roles.
