About your tasks:
Coordinate and track commercial initiatives and campaigns end-to-end, managing timelines, action items, and dependencies while ensuring cross-functional stakeholder alignment (Content, Design, CRM, etc.).
Create and manage tickets, clearly document requirements, and maintain up-to-date system statuses to ensure smooth operational execution.
Oversee asset and content alignment by collecting inputs, managing versions, coordinating approvals, and performing pre-launch quality checks (links, placements, consistency with brief).
Maintain and optimize selected consumer-facing content areas (e.g., Online Magazines), improving structure, clarity, and completeness.
Conduct regular content checks and support light performance monitoring to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the overall customer journey.
