About the role:

As a Partner Hub Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving our Seller Central / Partner Hub as a scalable self-service platform for marketplace partners. Working at the intersection of Business, Product and Tech, you will translate operational requirements into structured user flows and platform improvements that create a seamless partner experience.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on reducing onboarding times, minimizing manual dependencies and increasing self-service adoption across the partner journey. Particularly exciting is the opportunity to identify automation and product improvement potentials through data-driven insights while continuously enhancing the overall partner experience.

About your tasks:

  • You own the end-to-end partner journey within the Seller Central / Partner Hub and continuously improve the self-service experience for marketplace partners.
  • You collect, structure and prioritize requirements from Business Development, Technical Integration, Customer Success and direct partner feedback.
  • You translate business requirements into clear user stories, problem statements and user flows while collaborating closely with Product and Tech teams.
  • You define and monitor relevant KPIs such as onboarding speed, self-service adoption, seller NPS and ticket reduction to drive continuous optimization.
  • You identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to reduce manual onboarding efforts and improve the partner experience.
