As Senior Manager Retail Media Campaign Management (m/f/d), you will lead the strategic steering, prioritization, and performance management of Retail Media campaigns. This role goes beyond hands-on campaign execution and operational setup. The focus lies on strategically steering and prioritizing Retail Media campaigns while aligning commercial objectives, scalable planning, and measurable performance impact.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will establish scalable ways of working, align business priorities with operational feasibility, and lead a high-performing Campaign Management team within a fast-growing Retail Media environment.
 

About Your Tasks

  • Lead and develop the Campaign Management team while fostering a proactive and performance-oriented setup.
  • Translate commercial goals into clear media strategies, campaign plans, and scalable prioritization frameworks, routines and workflows.
  • Steer and prioritize campaigns across the full lifecycle, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and commercial impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Key Account Management, and Business & Ad Operations to align commercial priorities with operational feasibility.
  • Use campaign data, reporting, and performance insights to support business decisions and continuously improve campaign quality and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the further scaling of our Retail Media business by improving processes, operational clarity, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing environment.
