About This Role

Every small business you help means families who no longer have to worry about medical debt, high deductibles, or choosing between care and groceries. You won’t just sell a product — you’ll help change how healthcare works.

This is an entry-level sales opportunity for someone who:

• Has an outgoing, confident personality
• Isn’t afraid to talk to 40+ business owners in a week
• Understands sales is a numbers game
• Is willing to work 45–50 hours a week to win
• Wants commission income and doesn’t want capped earnings
• Is coachable and hungry

You do NOT need prior insurance experience.

You DO need:

• Strong work ethic

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and generate new small business opportunities
• Run appointments (virtual and phone)
• Educate business owners on a better way to offer healthcare
• Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
• Close new business and drive enrollments

Success comes from activity.

If you speak with 40 qualified prospects, you will close business.

How Success Is Measured

• Conversations started
• Appointments booked
• New business closed
• Commission earned

This is not a “clock in and wait” job.
It’s a performance-driven role with real upside.

Licensing

An Arizona Health (or Health & Life) Producer License is required.

If you don’t currently have one, employment will be conditional upon passing the licensing exam.
We will guide you through the process.
