About This Role

Small Business Healthcare Consultant exists to help small businesses across the country offer healthcare benefits that are affordable, meaningful, and life-changing for their employees and families.

In this role, you will:

• Serve small business owners, insurance brokers, and prospective clients nationwide
• Be responsible for driving new business growth, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong broker relationships
• Directly impact how accessible and affordable healthcare is for working families by helping employers offer cost-free healthcare benefits

This is a hands-on role for someone who:

• Enjoys relationship-building, consultative selling, and problem-solving
• Takes ownership and follows through
• Wants their work to have real-world impact

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Own: Managing the full sales process from lead generation through close and enrollment
• Support: Business owners by educating them on healthcare options and guiding them through enrollment with confidence
• Collaborate with: Insurance brokers and internal teams to support nationwide sales efforts
  Improve: Access to healthcare for small businesses by helping them offer competitive, cost-free benefits
• Advocate for: Small businesses and their employees by helping them understand the value and impact of Redirect Health

A strong performer in this role is known for:

• Building trust-based relationships with brokers and business owners
• Communicating clearly and confidently about complex healthcare topics
• Consistently delivering new business growth and successful enrollments

• New business growth and closed sales
• Successful enrollment completion and client confidence
• Strong broker relationships and ongoing engagement
• Collaboration with internal teams to support a smooth sales and enrollment experience

Healthcare experience, licensing, or certifications: REQUIRED (Arizona health insurance license)
