GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Operations Coordinator is an essential member of our domestic manufacturing team, responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring a positive, efficient experience for employees, internal partners, and external stakeholders. This role helps maintain smooth production workflows and contributes to a strong, collaborative workplace culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engagement Activities
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to promote collaboration and morale.
- Promoting Employee Experience
- In partnership with HRBP and Operations, assist in providing optimal employee experience
- Collective Bargaining Agreement Administration
- Own and maintain assigned processes governed by the collective bargaining agreement
- Operational Excellence
- Develop and maintain clear, accurate standard operating procedures to support reliable and repeatable workflows.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce variability in day‑to‑day operations.
- Training System Management
- Manage and maintain the training system to ensure team members have access to relevant learning resources.
