Job Overview
Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Digital Member Engagement Specialist, who will manage and optimize our SavvyMoney solution with a focus on driving loan, deposit and Member growth, improving financial wellness, and deepening Member engagement through the adoption of products and services.
The ideal candidate is results-driven who can leverage platform analytics and data to execute targeted offers to Members including retargeting, pre-qualified and pre-approved offers while promoting financial wellness resources.
Key Responsibilities
o Maintain working knowledge of RCU’s lending, deposit and other product offerings.
o Use SavvyMoney’s analytics and reporting tools to identify opportunities for retargeting and to build campaign queries for pre-qualified offers.
o Execute pre-approved loan campaigns using SavvyMoney’s platform, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
o Promote SavvyMoney’s financial wellness tools and insights (credit education, Credit Goals, score monitoring) to members who may benefit most.
o Oversee ongoing management of loan and other product offers within the SavvyMoney platform, keeping them up to date and relevant for Members.
o Design and run engagement campaigns to increase adoption and bring members back into the SavvyMoney experience.
o Serve as the primary liaison with SavvyMoney’s customer success team to collaborate and align on campaign best practices, optimize targeting strategies, and track performance.
o Leverage platform data and analytics to provide senior management with insights on lending trends, wallet share opportunities, member score improvement, and overall engagement.
o Partner with marketing, lending, digital banking, compliance, and member services teams to ensure offers and campaigns meet the organizational goals and regulatory standards.
o Work closely with Lending Management on making recommendations on the delivery, frequency, execution, and risk assessments of engagement efforts.
o Analyze offer and campaign performance and ROI to continuously improve future strategies.
o Monitor third-party vendor performance and standards; conduct due diligence reviews.
Review laws and regulations that impact compliance requirements, with emphasis on the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, OFAC, Card Act and Durbin Amendment, Reg Z and Reg E.

Minimum Qualification: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced experience with credit bureau reporting, pre-qualification, and pre-approval processes.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management, targeting/segmentation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategy and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across departments and with external partners.
- Strong knowledge of applicable consumer laws and regulations including the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Ability to effectively plan and execute multi-step campaigns and projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively and intelligently, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with project management skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, successfully meet deadlines and achieve results.
- Highly Member-focused and service driven.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people to support and improve team performance, in line with RCU’s Mission, Vision, Values, Culture and Service Standards.

- Ability to operate a personal computer and software including word processing, email, and intra/internet.
The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma and a minimum of five years’ experience in consumer or mortgage lending, including a minimum of three years of experience working directly with credit bureaus on prescreen or pre-qualified campaigns for a consumer financial institution.
Compensation: Base starting range: $44.00 to $57.00 hourly commensurate with experience.
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity. Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and turn.

• Work environment is indoors; majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk.
