Design Assistant - Fashion

The opportunity:

We are seeking a sketching ninja who is trendy and fashion savvy, to join our design team as a Design Assistant. The Design Assistant supports the Design team in product development and the translation of fashion trends to meet the needs of our target customer.

What you do:

• Manages and documents all aspects of sample management in the system
• Creates and executes design sketches
• Assists in the preparation of seasonal color cards
• Assists in preparing concepts, sketches and presentations
• Creates and updates collection boards
• Prepares fabric trims, hand-offs and follow-ups with Global Sourcing
• Prepares merchandising boards and design line sheets
