We are looking for an F&B Maslina Guest Ambassador—a hybrid role that combines the operational duties of a Restaurant Supervisor with the personalized engagement of a Guest Relations specialist.
In this role, you serve as the "bridge" between our service teams (Kitchen, Bar, Beach, Wellness) and the guest, ensuring a seamless and high-end experience.
What You Will Be Doing
Operational Management & Leadership:
Supervise the daily workflow of the Restaurant, Bar, Abay, and Beach areas.
Perform direct food and beverage service to maintain a high-touch presence on the floor.
Lead daily meetings and mentor the team to maintain 5-star standards.
Ensure all indoor and outdoor areas (cushions, sunbeds, etc.) are immaculate and visually organized.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure daily resort appearance and address guest needs.
Guest Engagement (The Ambassador Role):
Serve as the primary point of contact for in-house guest communication.
Review guest profiles, preferences, and history to personalize their stay.
Proactively engage with guests to provide recommendations (cocktails, wellness, excursions) and anticipate their needs.
Create small, spontaneous touches (amenities, seasonal fruits, etc.) to enhance the guest experience.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and follow up personally to ensure satisfaction.
Administrative & Post-Stay:
Maintain accurate records in the CRM tool and provide daily recaps of guest interactions.
Coordinate departure logistics and maintain guest connections during the winter season (e.g., holiday messages or return booking offers).
Assist other departments as needed when occupancy allows, in the spirit of multitasking.
